In an effort to spice up the event, we will hold a SILENT AUCTION to this year’s conference. The money from this event will go back to CCA to help fund future professional development and provide advocacy for all Colorado TRIO Programs.
Our hope is that you can think of someone (or two, or three) who might want to donate an item for the event. Or perhaps you have a number of departments on campus who would donate and you could put together a basket. Another thought we had was that people may want to donate something and have it shipped directly to the conference. See below for the address where items can be shipped.
We ask you to keep in mind that donations should benefit people from everywhere in Colorado – not location specific. We are not limited in content, since this is for adults, so wine/beer, and the likes, are perfectly acceptable. Is there something you would like to share from your region? Feel free to use your imagination and help us to celebrate all of Colorado!
You may use this Silent Auction Donation Letter. This may provide an easy way for you to reach out and explain our mission. As a non-profit organization, we will provide donors with the tax deductible information upon receipt of items for the auction.
