The bill moved to the Senate Appropriations Committee for a hearing earlier this week. The program, which aims to fill teaching positions in remote or hard-to-fill areas, would pay back up to $25,000 of student loans over three years.<\/td>\r\n<td width=\"121\">PASSED SENATE, \u00a0now in HOUSE Appropriations<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td width=\"90\"><\/td>\r\n<td width=\"257\"><\/td>\r\n<td width=\"121\"><\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td width=\"90\">\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legis.nd.gov\/lcn\/council\/billtracking\/pub\/viewBillInformation.htm?sessionYear=2017&amp;viewBillNumber=77a34cd162cecd87e5879cba510968c4\">SB 2036<\/a><\/td>\r\n<td width=\"257\">Relating to matching grants for the advancement of academics at higher education institutions under the control of the state board of higher education;
