ND/SD ASPIRE Co-State Conference 2025

The 2025 Annual North Dakota/South Dakota Co-State Conference will be at Black Hill State University in Spearfish, SD on April 10th-11th with a social event the evening of April 9th.
Ticket Information:
North Dakota TRIO, please select ND when purchasing your registration tickets.

****The following pertains ONLY to South Dakota ASPIRE***
The pre-registration fee for the SD/ASPIRE State Conference shall be $150 for ASPIRE members and $250 for Non-ASPIRE members. Registration fees shall be differentiated for pre-registered participants and on-site registrations for both SD/ASPIRE members and for non-members. On-site registration shall be $175 for members and $275 for non-members. A minimal fee of $25 will be assessed for cancellations made with less than five working days prior to the conference start date.

SD Room rate: $110 single for standard double queen OR king room (State Rate)
ND Room rate: $120 per night standard double queen OR king room
