In 2026, ASPIRE is proud to celebrate 50 years of service, advocacy, and professional development for TRIO professionals across the region. As we gather in Fargo, we honor our shared history while looking ahead to the future of educational access and equity—especially amid ongoing challenges facing higher education and federally funded programs.
The annual ASPIRE Regional Conference is a dynamic hub for networking, skill-building, collaboration, and learning from national and regional experts. It brings together passionate professionals committed to supporting student success through TRIO Programs.
The ASPIRE conference is funded independently—no federal program dollars are used—making exhibitor and sponsor partnerships essential to the success of the event and to the continuation of our mission. Your support directly contributes to the professional growth of TRIO staff and the students they serve. Thank you for being a valued partner.
ASPIRE, Inc. is a regional, nonprofit organization representing TRIO professionals across North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. Funded by the U.S. Department of Education, TRIO Programs serve first-generation college students, individuals from low-income households, and students with disabilities, helping them prepare for, enter, and succeed in higher education.
TRIO professionals in the ASPIRE region work in middle schools, high schools, colleges, universities, and community-based organizations, advancing educational opportunity at every level.
We anticipate more than 200 professionals representing approximately 140 TRIO projects from across our six-state region. This conference offers a unique opportunity to connect with a highly engaged audience of educators, program leaders, and key decision-makers during this landmark 50th anniversary celebration.
