Wellness Activities: Monday, Sept. 30, at 5:30 pm
TRIO is on the move with providing two wellness activities to choose from: a 5K fun run/walk, or yoga! These wellness activities are free and were planned with a purpose of providing movement, fresh air, meditation, and connection.
5k Fun run/walk: Move your body after a long day of sitting in sessions and join us on this 5k (3 mile) loop. This is not a race, but merely an opportunity to walk or run to the state capitol and back to the hotel. We will have signs along the way to guide you, as well as refreshments to help you get started. More details will be provided to those who sign up.
Yoga: Another way we can move our body is through gentle flow and stretching. This yoga class is beginner-friendly and will be held at the Delta Hotel. Additional details will be provided to those who sign up.
