  Wyoming ASPIRE will be sponsoring a scholarship for Wyoming Educational Access Day again this year Educational Access Day Scholarship   Award Amount: $500- TRIO high school student $500-TRIO student currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution   Eligibility:
  1. TRIO high school student OR a TRIO student currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution
  2. Attended the 2017 Educational Access Day event on February 15th
  3. Submit a 1-2 page paper on the prompt indicated below
  Format Requirements: 1-2 pages double spaced, 12 point font. All submissions must answer the prompt completely. Please include the applicants name, mailing address, phone number, TRIO program, and grade level/college year.   Deadline: All applications must be received by March 3rd at 5pm. Prompt: Select a bill being discussed in your observation of either the Senate or the House and explain why this bill was of interest to you, the possible pros and cons of this bill, and any effect this would have on you if it was passed into law.
