Rebecca has worked in the field of grant management for over ten years, including grants from the Department of Labor, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Education. She was a Counselor at a high school and has other experience working with underrepresented and at risk youth, including child abuse prevention and work affiliated with the juvenile justice system. She grew up in different third world countries as a child and believes these experiences added to her passion for the advocacy of equality and diversity, particularly as it relates to children and adolescents.
