Project Membership is open to each TRIO, Gear Up, or other educational opportunity/equal access project in the ASPIRE, INC. states of Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, or Wyoming.

Project Membership Benefits and Limitations Project Membership entitles projects to specific, exclusive benefits, including pre/post conference workshops and training on program administration, curriculum, technology, student data processing and reporting, and other benefits as defined by the Board. Project Membership does not entitle projects to vote nor project staff to the benefits of Individual Membership.

This project membership is for September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027.
