Pre-Conference Workshops:

Cost: Registration is FREE for all staff of projects with a paid 2024-2025 Project Membership. Project Memberships for 2024-2025 will go on sale August 1. Registration for non-project members is $300 per person. Project memberships will need to be paid prior to September 27.

9 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Jumpstart to Talent Search Proposal Writing Workshop
9 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Jumpstart to EOC Proposal Writing Workshop
Competition for both Talent Search and EOC are just around the corner. This informational workshop will help you start the proposal writing process on the right foot!
12 p.m. – 1 p.m. – Lunch will be provided to participants attending both morning and afternoon sessions.
1 p.m. – 4 p.m. – ASPIRE Leadership Institute
Considering a leadership role within ASPIRE at the state or regional level? This workshop will give you valuable information about the options and tools to succeed.
1 p.m. – 4 p.m. – Newcomers Workshop
Have you been in ASPIRE less than 2 years? This workshop is the perfect way to learn more about this organization developed just for TRIO professionals.
1 p.m. – 4 p.m. – Director Roundtable
Discussion time for program directors to discuss the hot topics facing programs.
