Reservations for print/online ads, exhibitor booth space, sponsorships, and Hot Topic presentations are now being accepted for the 2024 ASPIRE, Inc. regional conference, Big Dreams, Big Sky and we invite you to reserve your space now! No Federal program dollars are used in hosting the ASPIRE conference, which makes partnerships such as yours vital to the success of the conference and the continuation of the ASPIRE mission. ASPIRE, Inc. is a regional, non-profit organization serving TRIO professionals from North and South Dakota, Montana, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. TRIO Programs are publicly funded through the US Department of Education with the singular mission to assist individuals to prepare for, enter into, and succeed in higher education. These individuals are from low-income households, who will be the first generation in their family to attend college, or individuals who experience disability. TRIO professionals in the ASPIRE region work in educational settings at the middle school, high school, and collegiate levels, and among the community.
We anticipate 200+ professionals who represent approximately 140 TRIO projects from across our six-state region. We are offering multiple great opportunities for you to get your business’ name and presence in front of this region-wide audience.
ASPIRE 2024 Vendor/Exhibitor Packages
Distinguished Doctorate: $5,000
Package includes contribution of $1,000 to Andrea Reeve Scholarship fund and sponsorship of your choice of one of ASPIRE’s TRIO events during the conference (TRIO Achiever Luncheon OR TRIO Awards Banquet)
- Five-minute presentation during the event with sponsor mention in luncheon/dinner program (Speak directly to a captive audience of all TRIO professionals in attendance at the conference)
- Seating and meals for 2 at VIP table at your sponsored event
- Seating and meals for 2 at all other banquet events during the conference
- Full Conference Tabling (Sunday Morning – Tuesday Afternoon)
- Full Page Color Print Advertisement
- Online virtual advertisement on the conference webpage
- Full page of information sent to ASPIRE members via email – post-conference

ADVERTISEMENT PACKAGES (ASPIRE Member Institutions)
Donation of PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (“SWAG”): Donations of promotional items (in multiples of 250), may, at the discretion of ASPIRE, be distributed to conference attendees. If you are interested in this option, we will discuss with you

Promotional items may or may not be distributed at the discretion of the ASPIRE.
Personal membership in ASPIRE is reserved for all TRIO personnel working both full-time and part-time in advising, administrative, and other professional positions.
Personal Membership is for individuals employed full-time or part-time in TRIO, GearUp, or other educational opportunity/equal access type programs located in the states of Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, or Wyoming. Personal membership is also available to any person that maintained ASPIRE PersonalMembership for a minimum of 10 years and is now retired from the position they held within TRIO programs during their ASPIRE membership period.
Each Personal Membership is entitled to vote in all regional and state elections, and is eligible to hold any office within the association.
Current cost: $70 per year
*Membership is non-transferable.
If you are a continuing member with ASPIRE and previous membership purchases were made under a different name, please contact Dawn Eckhardt at dawn.eckhardt@und.edu to have your records combined so we may make sure all years of service to ASPIRE are recorded accurately
